I’m at Mike in 2019 prior to Covid. I had every intention to purchase my first home and I was given a referral but my God Mother who had worked with Mike previously. As this was pre-Covid, I went into Mike’s office and he had an entire presentation for me and my son where he explain the entirety of what it would mean to qualify for a mortgage. I was 24 years old at the time and had no idea what it would take to own a property, or what it would mean to qualify for a mortgage. Mike took about an hour and a half to two hours to explain the entirety of what it would mean to own qualify for a mortgage. I left feeling completely knowledgable about what my options would be, and I felt very very very secure in Mike as my mortgage broker. I was fortunate enough to only view one home in the exact area that I wanted with the requirements I wanted, in the price range that I wanted. I called Mike immediately after I was told by my realtor that I had secured the property which then led to Mikes role which was securing my mortgage. The process in which I had to upload my documents, provide all the information to Mike was seamless. I went in person and signed the documents. I took some pictures with Mike and was successful in obtaining my first home. MIKE even went above and beyond and had one of his staff support me with obtaining home insurance as well. Additionally, MIKE checked in quarterly with me to make sure everything was going perfectly with My mortgage. Anytime I have any finance question, I can send Mike a text or an email and he’s always available to answer any questions that I may have. When it was time for me to refinance my mortgage in 2025, Mike reached out to me a couple of months before to let me know that we would be working together again, and he would do his best to secure me an A Lender for my refinance which he was successful in doing for me. He always sends me Christmas cards and gift cards to thank me for my business. Any questions that I have he always ensures that he’s able to answer them in a timely manner. He’s honestly one of the most supportive workers that I think I’ve ever had and I would recommend him and have recommended him to a lot of of my friends. He is extremely professional friendly and knows what he is doing. Let me repeat that..HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND HE IS AMAZING AT WHAT HE DOES. If you are a first time homebuyer and you need support with your mortgage 1000% recommend MIKE and his team. Super professional and everything is extremely seamless with the Communication.
